Question about rotating spot injections...

When you guys spot inject, do you put half in one side and half in the other? Say you have 2cc of test, do you put 1cc in the left pec and 1cc in the right or just all in one muscle and do the next muscle next week.

Any way you like it. It really depends on your injection schedule. If you are going ED of EOD, etc. I personally like to do it as much as possible, so I usually do half here, half there.

yeah im going to be running a cycle of fina and prop so its going to be ed with the fina and eod with the prop
