Im doing JM presses tommorow
Just curious, how should these be preformed. they just look like lying tricep barbell extensions but with the bar in a diffrent place.
what should i emphesize or do diffrently to make sure i do them with the right form?
Also what does dave tate mean in the 9 week program when he says "work up to two sets of three reps"
