Hi
I just joined and had a few questions about what kind of diet I should be eating when trying to put on a lot of muscle when lifting. I started lifting recently (I alternate one lift day with one break day), and in the past 4 weeks have added five lbs. of weight (I'm now at 150).
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about what kinds of foods to eat or supplements I should be taking to gain a lot of muscle mass without gaining any extra fat.
