I noticed that I have some decongestant tablets that are 30 mg of pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride. Is this the same as ephedrine?
 
No. It is PSEUDO-ephedrine. It may give you *some* similar effect - jumpiness, jitters - but will not do the same thing for you fat-loss wise.
