1 sf jello cup
liquid of some nature to drink

M3
8 oz shredded lettuce
7 oz tuna
1/4 c FF Ranch or Italian dressing mixed w/water
1 ryvita dark rye cracker (I don't eat one every day)
more liquid

M4
2 egg whites
1 flavored applesauce cup
more liquid

M5
6 oz chicken
6 oz sweet potatoe
more liquid

**exercise**

M6
16 oz soy protein shake
16 oz soy milk
2 tsp glutamine

M7
1 tbsp flax oil as I'm outta NPB

Supps:
CB 2x per day
Glucorell R prior to each meal

The macros for this exact menu is:
Total: 1702
Fat: 32 - 18%
Carbs: 177 - 37%
Fiber: 27 - 0%
Protein: 180 - 45%
Question fo ryou... Why not get the traditional oats instead of the packets??? Less additives/preservitives/sugar

Not a typo. I was hot when I went to bed so I turned up the a/c, took my shirt off & plopped down on top of the blankets. I slept like a rock and woke up absolutely frozen. I even grabbed the flashlite that I keep on the nightstand to double check the number. My normal waking temp is around 95'ish.

For no other reason except that the packets are convenient. No muss no fuss and completley portable. Some mornings I don't eat breakfast until I get to work & I can throw a pkt in the lunch box and out the door I go. I actually have the regular ones in the cabinet. :nerd:

BMI is s l o w l y dropping,
stomach is s l o w l y getting smaller,
I haven't been very consistent in my training lately so it's my own fault.

I don't understand it entirely, but I figure he's gotta be doing something right - If you check his log he's freakin' strong ... and buff! ;) Don't forget that milk does a body good.... (WW is a farm girl, a dairy farm girl)

Just an idea...but you could just measure out a daily serving of 1/2-3/4 cup dry oats and put them in a ziplock bag. They become portable then. Less additives/preservatives as Tre says and probably more economical too since you can re-use the same ziplock bags for oats.
