Found a couple of articles:

However - if it is causing you that much discomfort - I would do whatever cardio is most comfortable and easiest on your body, cuz it's not worth it if it's causing you pain......

One recent thing I've read is that while HIIT cardio burns more fat than steady-state cardio, it overall doesn't burn any more calories.....
:bigkiss: Thank you Jens!!!!!!

I was outside mowing the lawn and having a kickazz sweating session when the breather on the mower fell off......the bolt holding it on snapped. Go figure.

Tuesday 07/04/06

I don't have to get up and do a darn thing today......and since it's raining outside that's all the more reason to stay in my jammies & listen to my book on tape. But I'm sure when the CB kick in I'll probably clean the basement or something.....I need to rearrange it so that I can get to the weight bench.

Legs are tired this morning but not sore. I miss DOMS.

4 pcs flax/omega 3 bread - toast
2 tbsp promise

Step 1 of basement cleanup: Pillows, blankets & bed linens
I have all the old pillows & ratty old blankets out for trash pickup and I'm in the process of washing what's left. When all that's clean I can sort it into 2 piles: donation & keep. I don't donate dirty stuff. :rainbow:

Years-O-crap.
I'm trying to stop being such a packrat by getting rid of things I don't use or need. It's hard. :worried:

If you cook - - - I'll clean. ;)
