This is the worst news I have recieved in a while. I will post up more as I find it out but QG has been busted. I recieved the info from someone very very close to him. All of the gear was stopped coming across the border. He was apprehended by border patrol once crossing into the United States territory. I know for a fact no one is in any danger that has a pending order with him. I can tell you that much. He had no personal info from orders on him nor was his CPU seized as it was not a residence that was raided, it was re- entering into the United States. Im very sorry to be the one to break the bad news and I feel terrible for him as well as anyone with orders that will now be out of their money. Please please please understand how serious of a sitution he is in and do not flip that you have lost your $. This info is not even reported yet in papers or online documents but once it is i will post it up, but i will put my name on the line to tell you he is 100% busted. I will also tell you QG is not a NARC and you have nothing to worry about, he will not/ is not running his mouth. The person that informed me even said he told them he is taking full blame and no one elese will be brought into this.

u think the guys that ordered from him should sweat it? and what they should they do? not about getting their gear but about getting busted

I dont know. I think if u start getting bad feelings u should just get out. Greed kills! I remember onefisher was taking breaks and getting paranoid and he ended up getting busted too. Just not worth it.

This is exactly what I have been explaining to people for a long time. No matter where you are in the world, as soon as you step foot on US soil the new federal laws allow customs and immigration to detain you for no reason.

They use facial identification software to find who they need before they even step out of the airport or cross the border. In general, it seems that most of these cases are where the FEDs know who they are looking for and put them on the hot list.

Although I don't know the QG case to the fullest extent, my condolences go out to him and his family. If anyone has contact with him, he needs 3 words: lawyer, lawyer, lawyer.

I think it's a catch 22. Most people do not realize the extent of US government changes and regulations post-911. This is evident in the new face recognition cameras/software used at all crossings and airports. They use this in congunction with a mutli-tier database to pick people off.

If there is any doubt, do a search on a recent news story on: Mak Tai-wing and his arrest at an LA airport. He went off the US radar and tried to flee, but they pushed the hot button and he was taken down. From the rumors floating, he was using a novelty to go and they took him down due to the facial recognition software at the airport. He didn't even make it past the check-in.

Thanks for the heads up and I wish him all the best.

*Busting someone for steroids, how useless and pathetic*

possessing gear coming into the US..

i just hope the QV guy has someone who will clean out is house/place....even though he was detained w/gear by ICE/Border Patrol, will not take long for them to search his place and find the laptop, names, more gear, etc..

The software they are using for this is based off of the same in Vegas. Post 911 they used this base to help idenify the guys on the planes and now have incorporated it into the system for things like this. The potential uses for this are just going to grow as media storage capabilities grow. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I see the benefits of the system. I do however see the need for certain markets to grow with the security industry or they will increasingly encounter problems.

The point I'm making, as you you can see, is that it works and they use it. Unfortunately, they are getting good at pin-pointing, which is bad for folks that are avoiding it.

All in all, QG should not have carried gear over the border, if that's what he was doing. As a "tight ship" operation, he should have known better.

He strictly used secure e-mail and used remailers. His only fault was that he didn't use a mule.
