Ordinarily I can't stand oatmeal, but I discovered this quaker Oats product called "French Toast" - it's basically instant oats with some yummy shit in it. I could eat this all day.
My question is: Is there any real scientific data that suggests instant oats are worse than regular oats? A lot of people on here say that's the case, but from what I've read the only difference is that instant oats are precooked. the end result is the same: cooked oats.
I would love any excuse to switch to eating this stuff, thanks![Smile :) :)](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png)
