To prevent muscle loss u should have carbs in your PW shake. But do most of you do this while on a CKD? I was planning on depleting m-f and carbup saturday (600g carbs) and sunday (300g carbs) should i take in carbs PW?
Personally I think CKD's blow. Too much muscle loss and feeling absolutely shitty is not necessary. I think the carb refuels after a work-out are necessary... otherwise you completely negate muscle gain or maintenance.

The keto diets that MR. X is speaking of work very well. But you need to follow them to a "T". As he has already said, Read the manuals and with your meals, plan a couple of days in advance.
i tried the CKD diet before when i still didnt have ALA yet and it really helped me lose a lot of BF ... only problem was it wasnt the diet for me coz i had to sacrifice good food.
was on CKD for around 4-5 months before using ALA ...
i take in around 40-50g of dextrose in my PW shake ...
