I was just wondering I know a banna pw would refill liver glycogen rather than muscle glycogen but would it be better to have the bananna than to have nothing at all... Im limited on resources out here but I have a tub of dextrose in the mail from my brother but god only knows how long that is gonna take to get here. Are there some alternative I might be able to use besides dextrose/malto for now until I receive my package.
