Putting on mass to fast

I'm not complaining or anything but it has always been easy for me to put on muscle and gain size. The thing is, at this point it's making me miserable. My goal is lose some of this post pregnancy fat and get my body fat down.

I've been lifting 3 days a week and doing cardio 2. I keep my rep range between 10-12 usually failing at 12. Cardio is about 30 minutes (because I can't stand it). I'm putting on too much mass and looking IMO, fatter than when I began.

Any advice on what should I do? More cardio, less weights...or keep on doing what I do now maybe cutting more calories? Thanks

sorry should have been more specific

Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal (dry)
4 egg whites + 2 eggs

Meal2: Protein shake

Meal3: 1 chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup broccoli

Meal4: Protein shake

Meal5: same as meal 3

If I'm sick of chicken I'll have maybe 6oz of steak or fish.
I'm always hungry and sometimes the protein shake is not enough to hold me until my next meal. It's hard to stay sane on this diet. Should I get rid of the shakes and eat maybe a large green salad and a can of tuna instead? I don't know....:(

My bodyfat to begin with was 27% I'm now 22.9% which is nice but I don't like how I look.

Spatts, I'm gonna say about 1400 calories. Not for sure. I'm 5'3 and 126 lbs.

I looked at your cutting diet briefly. Is that what you have every day while cutting? I'm going to read some more...
