I will post pics when I feel I live up to my standards. I've only been training one year, remember? I never said I was bigger than you, only that for training 7 years or however fucking long your progress was pretty pathetic. I put on 40 lbs of muscle in the past year. You look the same in just about every pic you post.

"Someone who juices" do you realize that he weighed just about as much as you while he was natural and was 5-6" shorter?

i'd say between 1-2 depending on your goals and body type

i've found that 1.5g per lbs (around 40% of my daily calories) from protein works for me
