Protein Synthesis and Complete Proteins

In simple terms, protein synthesis is basically putting together amino acids inside the cell to make proteins.

Also, complete proteins, such as those that are consumed from meat from animals do not need to be "synthesized" because their amino acids are already put together.

So, basically these complete proteins can just start to go to work in other anabolic processes?

Are all my statements correct?

Yes.. complete proteins contain all essential amino`s and incomplete lacks 1+, your body cannot make EAA, if just one is missing the synthesis of new proteins is impeded.
Animal proteins are complete in EAA.

One factor that has a big effect on how and to what degree the body makes use of the protein ingested is the rate at which its absorbed.

As with Carbs its best if the amino acids from protein enter the blood gradually. too rapid a realease leads to aminos simply being burnt for energy or stored as fat.
So protein consistency is majorly important here.. keeping a consistent realease of amino acids..

Proteins rich in peptides and aminos do need little digestion, enterin the blood stream, which the body responds to by creating new tissue..
The body will struggle to synthesis more then 30-40g of protein at one sitting..
