This is the 4th week of my 1st cycle and leveling off after 8-pound gain. Is it worth taking a Gain Weight supplement, say Weight Gain 1850, 2200 etc. or just stick to the pure Whey type protein supps. The gain weight types use 100+ grams of sugar to increase the calories in the drink - is this OK - as calories are needed to gain ? Thanks guys.
