Protein Customizer Review

I recently ordered a bedtime blend from ProteinCustomizer.com and I am very pleased.

Service was impeccable and shipping was very fast.

Prices are excellent and so is the quality. He doesnt skimp on the sweetener like some others do and the taste was very good.

I ordered a blend consisting of:
40% Micellar
20% CFM Whey
20% Milk Protein Iso
20% Casien

It is a very low lactose blend that doesnt bloat me at all and leaves me feeling very satisfied.

I highly recommend protein customizer.

Im glad I could bring it too your attention bro, The owner is really a good guy and runs the whole thing himself. He takes the orders (I recommend calling it in), fills the orders, and sends them out Fed Ex.

I ordered Chocolate, and I am very pleased. I had to ween myself off of MetRx which has the best taste IMO but is too expensive so the fact that the flavor stands up impressed me.

The CFM whey holds the flavor better than the Milk proteins but is still void of lactose so it really helps.

What would be a good formula to drink during the day? Right now I mix 1/2 cup eggbeaters with 1.5 scoops whey and olive oil and it tastes pretty darn nasty. I've heard that egg protein is the best for human muscle building but are there disadvantages to getting 100% egg protein? Damn, for 4 bucks a pound at this place, I'd scoop it up easily. I don't really like their daytime formula because it has too much milk casein, and from personal experience, that stuff solidifies real quick and is bloating. So, all egg? egg and whey? opinions please...thanks

MrAllison...
MY blend is a great one to have during the day as well. Milk proteins, especially Micellar casein are very low lactose..all are lower than whey concentrate. Egg is also good and would be a good addition. Maybe try whey/egg/micellar for a well rounded blend if your not into the milk proteins.

I'm not sure what would be best pre workout...You might want to ask David Rosland that one if you order, he's a helpful guy. I dont eat anything pre workout myself...Ill just throw down some whey before my last set and then have a carb/whey drink on the ride home where I eat a meal.

Im not in FI anymore, Im in Phoenix Arizona so I cant really speculate on the shipping costs over seas. Maybe try emailing him for an estimate.

I'd venture a guess and say that the Olive Oil is probably the reason your shake tastes like complete ass. You should be eating that with a teaspoon and a glass of something to wash it down with, I sure as hell wouldnt put it in my shake.

Whey is more quickly absorbed by the body than casein, which is a slowly digested protein (good before bed). Egg protein is good, but probably a little lower on the scale than whey.
