Hi,
Well two nights ago my husband wanted something sweet to eat. I made a vow that I will not put anything in my mouth that doesn't have a substantial amount of protein. Well, I had a box of low fat brownie mix(generic store brand), the kind of mix that you only add water to. So anyway I poured out the mix. I used my protein powder scoop and scooped out 4 big scoops of brownie mix. I then added 5 scoops of protein poweder. I added 3/4 to 1 cup of water and baked for 22 min. in muffin tins. Each scoop of protein has 27+ grams of protein. The recipe made 12 muffins so that's 11g of protein per muffin. They were pretty good and got the job done! As far as carbs and sugar, well that all depends on the brownie mix and your protein powder. Hope you find this usefull one day!
