For 2nd time, I want to share my portein salad spread.. is eays, cheap and good
It involves I canned of water pack light Tuna (MONARCH-White label)
2 Hard Boil EGGS
2 TBSP of HELLMANS 2 GRAM of FAT MAYO
3 TBSP of MUSTAR
1/2 of a lemon juice (the actual 1/2 of the lemon, squeeze)
Drain all the water from the tuna can. After I open the can with the opern, I used the can lead, apply presure with my thimbs to drain all the water.
With the hard boild eggs, I use a fork to "dice" themn, leaving them crumby, I do one at a time in a plate
The rest is just a matter of mixing. After I mix, I put on the fridge for about 2 hours. ( I like my spread cold)
This simple recipel yield about 3 (1/2 cup) servings.
Each servings contains:
1 slide of bread Sandwich
Calories 149.0 219.0 289.00
Carbs 2.0 15.0 25.4
FAT 2.6 5.0 7.4
Protein 22.5 24.5 27.0
You can eat it alone, of with anyt else.
If you get tired from tuna, (like I do), you can put a twist to this recipe by adding tomatoes, oinions, other dressings.
