Propionate+Winstrol+T3+keto diet......Is this a good idea?

well, I have...

I have done propionate, winstrol, deca, and T3 all together and my diet was a 1:1.25 ratio carb to protein and minimal fats and I was shredded in weeks...

You don't have to worry about holding water with this cycle, so the carbs won't hurt you... and I do suggest keeping the carbs in your diet for the simple fact that your metabolism will pick up so much that you will need them to continue training hard...

I don't ever suggest the keto diet, but with this cycle, I definately don't condone it...

IF however you do decide to do so... you had better be slamming down the protien because the T3 will try to burn your muscle (if your protein intake isn't high enough), and if your training is suffering from lack of energy, then you may loose some mass...

Thanks dieslgrl, I am used to bulking while using the mass building diets. I really need to get a diet that will make the prop and winstrol and T3 really show there effects. Now that you mention it you are right the T3 is gonna be burning up muscle if I dont eat enough. How many calories do I need to eat on this. What carb/protein/fat ratio should I eat?
Current stats: 181lbs 5'11" I have no clue what my bf % is.

Try taking in about 210g of protein, 165g carbs, and under 45g fat.

don't worry so much about the calorie intake... count your grams, and keep your food clean.. if you feel yourself burning up, then maybe increase your protein a bit, but use 210 as a guidline base... you will feel your body slam through the food that you eat, and you may just want to eat as you need it, but keep your meals real small... even if you have to eat seven or eight times...
just make sure you are burning everything... the name of the game is depleting to a point to get cut, but keeping your protein high enough to maintain the muscle you have...

I just got through cooking up some lean hamburgers and chicken breast in my forman grill. God I love George Forman. So I should eat low fat then. Good, I just got back from the grocery store and I bought all low fat stuff. Just curious.... but what kind of knowledge are you basing this on? How did you come up with the numbers you gave me?

I based my numbers on a guide by your weight. I gave you what worked for me... You might have to play a little hit or miss, because there is no saying that it will work for you as well as it did for me... I did cardio (25minam/25min pm), trained intensly with weights two (or three) days on, one day off (depending on how I felt). When I did that cycle, I ate 150g protein, 115-125g carbs, and less than 30 grams of fat... I weighed 135(-136-138??)lbs, and needed to drop to around 128-130... it did work...

So, no, this is not scientific research... This is personal experience... I ate chicken, eye of round steak, egg whites, oatmeal, brown rice, and sweet potatoes... nothing more, nothing less... I had to increase my carbs when I hit the top of the cycle with the T3 because I simply did not have energy to last me more than one hour at a time... When I hadn't yet started the T3, My carbs stayed between 90-100grams, then when I began the thyroid medication, I noticed an extreme increase in metabolism, and I still needed to keep my training up, so I raised my protein just a little, and raised my carbs, and tightened up in no time..

This is why I don't suggest the keto diet... I know that without the raise in carbs, I wouldn't have been able to do anything... So, you can take the advice or leave it, but I give you those numbers from experience.. I hope this helps... and I do wish you lots of luck...

All that makes sense to me. The last time I used T3 I did get real tired but I couldnt figure out why. I think my carb intake was to low. I will give this a shot then. This is just going to be a 5 week cycle until I get my other stuff in. Going to be doing 1 gram for 12 weeks of Test Cyp. It will be front loaded with 1500mg. Along with 50mg russian dbol a day and of course if funds permit Equipoise at 800mg per week for 15 weeks. Probably going to at least try to get to 215 and hold. Thats a lot of weight added to what I am now but I am going to try.
Do you know anything about bulking?

about which part of bulking?? you mean diet?sure I do.... the stack is definately going to work for you... maybe try deca if you cannot get the equipoise...

You will definately "bulk" with that stack... If you don't like holding all that water... when you gain it, add an estrogen blocker to drop some..

Bulking is the easy part... Increase everything... 360g protein, 360g carbs... add some fats, but always try to stick with the healthy ones... These numbers won't let you gain a whole lot of fat (so long you stick with the right foods) If you are not real worried about gaining some fat, then the bulk diet will be easy...

However, if you want to try to stay as lean as possible while gaining muscle, then the diet will be a little trickier.

Tell me what you are looking to do... and I will be more than happy to give you some more info from experience...

I am wanting to bulk up in lean muscle with little/no fat gain and possibly some fat loss. I was using this cycle of prop/winny/t3 as a bridge so I just want to maintain what muscle I have and maybe lose some body fat for right now. Then after I get the ol' nuts back going Ill start on the bulk cycle. I could tolerate a little fat gain but not to much. I was considering using arimidex at 1/4mg day or 1/2mg eod to control water bloat and gyno. I am pretty sure I can reach my goal but I need to write down and study how and what to eat .
