Proper Grip for Bench Press

what up i was wondering what the proper grip for bench is- palms facing the ceiling or foward. please reply

Basically whatever is comfortable to you in my opinion. My grip is slightly in between those two. My wrists are bent back somewhat putting my palms facing up a little but not all that much. Every one is different but most people I have watched are the same as me, with the exception of a few.

i don't think that would matter as much as the distance apart you place your hands.do you use thumbless grip??
