Ok,
here's a question for everyone.
Do you feel that its proper etiquette to fondle a man's package while at the bar but not deliver the goods later on that night?
As far as i'm concerned this is blatantly against the rules, if your touching the unit repeatedly you should have the decency to deliver the goods you promise.

Women are generally in control of the sexual arena, and they should use their power responsibly. If you're fondling a guy's genitals, it's not unreasonable for him to expect more later.

But it's also not unreasonable for a woman to make the final decision -- and if she fondles you and then doesn't deliver, just be glad you got a nice hand job from a hot chick. Look at stuff like this positively, not negatively, and I think there's a lot less anger and resentment.

NOTHING a woman does in a bar is an ironclad promise that she'll put out -- not unless money changes hands.
