well here are some progress pics of mine just click on the link and tell me what u think. i did not start lifting heavy until january and i had mono the entire month of december so i lost some weight after the november pics. i started in january at 169.5 i was 190 this morning during the day i am around 100 i hold alot of water during the day. any guesses on bodyfat % would be appreciated to. and if u wonder what happend to me in may i was feeling fat so i cut down and started over. which i will do again when i hit 210-220 becasue i actually got stronger while cutting last time and i dont like being fat, long story or a tormented childhood.
