Progesterone Gyno

Progesterone/Prolactin Gyno

Hi guys, I'm in the 7th week of my test e, tbol, and anavar cycle and have gained about 10kg so far. My problem is that I have developed slight progesterone/prolactin gyno, and when I squeeze my nipples they lactacte! And yes I am using an AI to control estrogen.

So, any advice on what I should do? I am thinking of getting caber or prami to help reduce prolactin, but i'm leaning more towards prami now because I've read that caber can cause damage to heart valves over time? If I do get one of those two, what are their dosings?

Also I've read that nolva can aggravate progesterone gyno? If that's true, then what would my PCT be?! Do I still take it in PCT? My planned PCT is: nolva 20/20/20/20 clomid 100/100/50/50.

How do you figure it's prolactin-induced gynecomastia? Did you do blood-work?

My nipples aren't sensitive to touch or itchy and there's no lumps behind them except for the gland, so I'm assuming this is not estrogen related gyno? Correct me if I'm wrong. They are just puffy and pointy looking, lol and when I squeeze them hard enough I lactate. I was freaking out when this happened. Haha.

So is this prolactin gyno or progesterone gyno? Sorry for getting the terms mixed up.

Have you run a Nandrolone or tren in a previous cycle
