problems with bulking

I have been bulking for about weeks and I have only put on a pound of muscle and very little fat. I have been eating 3200-3400 calories a day of clean carbs and taking r-ala before all carb meals. I am 167 lbs 10% BF. I work out 4 days a week and do no cardio. Could the ala be hindering gains? This is my first bulking experience so I am not sure what to think. I guess I know the ala is working because I have eaten a shitload more carbs than I usually and I haven't noticed any fat gain.

3200-3400 cals a day for your size is nothing, you workout 4 days a week, probably for an hour or so and it sounds like you have alot of LBM that requires plenty of maintinence cals. Eat more.

I gain weight very easily if I eat junk food and fast food. I am not sure which that is called. Also I only work out for 30 intense minutes where I burn between 400-500 calories, basically 15-20 seconds in between sets. I teach tennis for 2-4 hours 3 days a week as well but I don't move much, and the rest of the time I don't really move at all. I eat 6 meals a day. Usually in the morning I will have about 75-100g carbs + 50g protein + 10g fat then 2 hours later post workout I have a skake with 45 protein 70g dextrose , then an hour later I eat 40-60g carbs and 40-50 protein, then 2 hours later 40-50g carbs + 50g protein then 2 hours later 20g fat 40-50 + 10g carbs protein then 2 hours later 20-30 fat + 40-50g protein + 8g carbs. I basically force my self to be full at every meal. I don;t know if I can eat more unless I started eating every 1.5 hours and ate 7+ meals a day. Could the ala be the reason my gains are slow.

no
This is my first bulking experience so I am not sure what to think. I guess I know the ala is working because I have eaten a shitload more carbs than I usually and I haven't noticed any fat gain. you can try cutting back on ala and seeing how it's effecting you; the insulin spikes might make a bit of a difference. Add more calories to your diet (although not much left add more).
