I think the most taunting thing is that the pay is low for beginning, and I make really good now.

yeah and the pay may never get where you want it to be... it takes a lot of factors to get over... and a lot more to stay over... for one thing... you bust your ass in the indies doing all kinds of crazy shit and then when you make it to the WWE you work 3 minutes matches and honestly they don't so anything anymore in terms of actual wrestling unless you are benoit or angle or rey mysterio

I would LOVE to pursue a wrestling carreer, my only drawback is being 5'7". Only decent short person i ever saw was Taz... and he was what, 5'9" ?
I am only 17 though so i have plenty of time for training and what not. I will wrestle in college for sure, unless i take up boxing.

taz is like 5'6" tops... jericho is 5'9", kidman is 5'7" tops, rey rey is 5'3"

Ah, height aint all its cracked up to be.....yes, a lot of the bigger names are legitamately big guys....but some of them arent very tall at all. I was just at Raw when they came through Chicago (no go, only guys that really got anything were 2 kids from Green Bay, and that was a squash to 3 min warning) but Michaels was 5'9-5"10 TOPS, Jericho 5'9 at best......Jeff Hardy might have hit 6 ft but hes a buck seventy with all that paint applied....I dont think John Cena is super tall...6 ft, 6'1? more worried about what the body looks like then the height...

All you guys that replied..where you from? Who do you work for? Ive been trying to get over to Japan for about 5 months now....mainly working in the midwest, mid south, and east coast. Was one of the first group of guys to get a tryout for TNA, back in april before they had started PPV....unfortunately nothing came about. Wondering if any of you guys have contacts for promotions out on the west coast..since it seems like a few of you are from that area, or contacts to some in Japan....email me and ill see if i can get you some contacts out here in the midwest...
