Primo?

Hello,

What is the recommended dosage for the use of Primo before a show... how long before and how much? (110 pound woman). Does this AS cause any bloating?

Primo causes no bloat. Assuming since your competing diet training etc is on spot. Pre contest 100mg of primo per week start at 12 weeks out shot 50mg every 3rd day.

EDIT: Saw your diet thread... get that in check before you even consider cycling.
 
Primo CAN cause bloat. Any AAS can. The problem is, you do not know if YOU are one of the "lucky ones" until you try it. Sides are individual. You never know how YOU will react to a specific substance until you try it. I do not think pre-comp is the time to mess with an AAS you have never tried before. Use the off season to mess with substances to judge your reaction. Just my opinion.

Is the Primo injectible or oral? Starting point for Primo dose is usually about 5-10mg per day for oral, and about 25mg E3D for injectible. I would NOT start above 50mg a week until you can judge your reaction.
 
yeah pre-contest I wouldn't mess with it... right now I am doing 100 mg per week... but diet has to be on point.... no point trying something new when you are planning on competiting soon....
 
Courtney, did you experience any sides with this one? Are you going to use it all the way up until the last week out before competition? I don't think I'll try it this year.... I'm going to do this one without it first... Besides, it looks like I have a lot of weight to lose first before I even think of doing it now!!!! Thank you guys for all your help!
 
well I have been ON for a while... Var and I added in the primo just over a month ago.. so I am not sure.. My skin is a little dry on my neck, and I have had a problem with #2 if you know what I mean, and bloating... But that could be a combination of things... diet etc... I am not planning on competiting any time soon.. I have been working on my symmetery for a while now and I did a bulking cycle this past fall and had surgery in January... So I am using the var and primo to keep my muscle that worked so hard to get while I am cutting... For me this has worked VERY well I am doing over an hour or so of cardio a day.. training with weights twice and day and on a very low cal- high protein diet right now and I am actually GAINING muscle... which for me is NUTTS!!! I have no plans on competiting yet because I want to get my body MUCH closer to my goal before I even consider it... But I think I will be back on the stage next summer... woo hoo!!
 
Good for you Courtney! Congrats on the muscle gain... I would've thought with the amount that you are doing, that you would've lost some muscle... but it looks like you got it going on! I was surprised to hear that you felt bloated from the stuff though... doesn't sound like something I want to play around with on the on season. Good luck to you!!
