Primo dosage for fitness girl?

Hey EF ladies, I'd love your help on this. A friend of mine wants to use primo this spring/summer to prepare for her fitness show. She's 5'6", about 135lbs, pretty lean already. Last year she went a bit overboard, she did NPP and winny. She had no masculinization sides, she just got too hard and lean, and the judges relegated her to 2nd for it. She's got her diet on point, and training, her bf( one of my friends) is a state-level competitor as well and helps her out there. I just didn't know what the proper dosage of methenolone enanthate would be for a woman? 50-100mg/week maybe? K for help lol! Oh and any more info you need just let me know, I wasn't sure what all you'd need.
 
In past years it has been often faked so you do need to be sure of what you have if you can find the real thing.

Lol, I've had the product lab-tested and it's real primo. I would not risk her good looks on it turning out to be EQ or something. So, back to the actual question please? Dosage?
 
For fitness - primo at 50-75 a week should be enough if diet as you mentioned is on point. In 2005 - new ruling for all women competitors will be judged at 20% softer than last year. She should actually be fine with this alone and nothing else.

I'm not sure why. She was actually on var just a few weeks ago, lol, but it was liquid var. It kept crystallizing out so she had to reheat it every morning. One morning, she put it on to reheat and left to do cardio, thinking her bf was still at home. He wasn't... and all the water boiled off, and her bottle of var exploded. I was sad to hear that. Perhaps she's a bit gun-shy after that? I don't know why she's not going with var tabs though, they're more expensive but 15mg/day for a girl isn't too bad. Thanks for the dosage info though, that's kinda what I'd thought but I'm glad to have the reassurance!

15mg a day for a girl is a lot of var, especially for a fitness competitor at her weight. Either is fine - but a bit of Primo pre-contest may have less sides and IMO is the better way to go. Again, a softer, less muscular look is this year's ruling. Everyone responds differently to each. Trial and error. Again, I think the smaller amount of Primo should be fine. More isn't better...if a smaller amount works - better off for her.
 
Yeah, like I said, she tends to overdo it. I'll have her run the primo on the lower end and up the dosage slightly if she feels she needs it later. And next time I'll have her get anavar in tabs, lol, and take 10mg/day instead of 15, I don't want her being able to beat me up! Thanks for your help ladies! The Penguin God loves you :)

Are we talk oral or injectable?
