good point got like 15 years on and off training , last 7 years in gym 5x a week atleast, morning cardio and weights cardio in evening, diet just recently got better , (in time for summer) prolly at 12% bf right now, train for strength in compound movements and get thypertrophy as an added benefit been "off" and natural for almost 3 years now and never did do primo back then so my body wont "know" it when i hit itchazk said:we have no idea DB of what your goals are , what you look like,how long you have been training,your diet,your BF%
If your a serious trainer already built then your gonna see great results
if your out of shape new to training and do not know much about bodybuilding or diet then chances are the primo will not give you that great of results nor will any other steroid.

@louisiana balkan quality is bad now, many fakeswhat about the primo from balkan, do they have good primo or should i stick with shering.
