Ok, but now you've got to be kind to yourself. Rather than focusing on losing fat or getting back to where you were, focus on making yourself fitter and stronger.
Your body will be much more receptive to messages about making it stronger than about losing weight. Our bodies do not like to lose weight, and we've got millions of years of evolution fighting against us. Everytime we lose weight too quickly, our bodies pay us back with the rebound effect. (I should know, I gained 50 pounds in a matter of months after one diet, and it wasn't like I was eating a lot.)
Mentally, it's a more positive goal thinking of yourself as an "athlete" versus a "dieter". That's what my quote "Stronger Faster Better" is all about - I think it when I train and when I eat. It works for me. I never feel deprived, because to train hard, I have to eat well, and the harder I can train, the easier the muscle gain and fat loss. This board keeps me motivated too!
