What Crocop did to Silva was incredible. Give it up to Josh Barnett for putting up a great effort also. Great show overall. Pride has so many more good fights per card than UFC... no comparo. Did you notice how Shogun did not want to stand up with that Spider dude ?

I'm still running old-school basic cable in my house. Had I NOT been working nightshift, I would have easily used Pride's OWGP as an excuse to slap down the cash to get either satelite or digital cable. Really, it's just a matter of time.

I did find a site that had the Crocop - Silva fight; IMO, Silva did not look as focused or as intense like he has in other fights. He actually reminded me of Couture in his last fight with Lidell---he seemed to be more interested in the fanfare than his opponent.

The LHK that Crocop threw seemed like a glancing blow off the top of Silva's head, but obviously it was enough. I swear to god I'm working on my unorthodox stance just to get better at my left kicks because of him. Deadly.

I don't know how Pride works it's ranking's and who-fights-who, but I'd really love to see Crocop vs Fedor.

Yes, Crocop vs Fedor will happen again this New years eve, title fight. The first fight between them last year was good, but Fedor... what can u say.

Being blind in the right eye sucks against Crocop. What KO weapon is he known for? It's difficult enough to see the kick coming when you have unimpaired sight. Crocop also took full advantage of Wandy's looping punches by firing short and straight. Awesome strategy by Crocop.

The only gripe I had with the PPV is the decision to show Nishijima vs. Cyborg and cut Nakao vs. Nakamura. Anyone know how the Nakao vs. Nakamura fight went?
