Pretty Cool

I dont know if you guys have ever heard of this guy but he is a guy from my hometown. His name is Donald Robbins. He competed in the Arnold Expo this year in the 181 class and benched 541 I think. Well Ive seen him around lot lately but he switched gyms and is now working out at my gym. We talked for a good while the other day and I am supposed to hook up with him to train. Maybe that will help me to get a lot stronger to have a mentor. I thought it was pretty cool but it doesnt pertain to anything.

Ive seen him bench in competition before and Ive watched him work out before. The other day in the gym, Thursday I think, he was doing his light bench day and he did 315 for 18 reps and just quit. He had more in him and just quit. Hes strong as shit. When I saw him in competition,which was a year or so ago,he benched 475 like it was nothing. Now he is about 100lbs over that though. Hopefully hell help me out.
