Pre Cycle Workout and Diet Advice Needed

I'm approximately 2 months away from doing my very first cycle:D A winny\eq\yohimburn stack. However, I have been crazy busy the last couple weeks and have really let my workouts slip. I'm looking for a great workout and diet plan to prep me for my cycle.
I am 5'9 155lbs, appxly 12%bf. My post cycle goal is to reach appxly 165lbs, 6-8% bf, rock hard, mens health cover model look. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!:fro:
 
Ok you guys totally missed the point.

1. I have been training for years and I'd say at various points in my life I have been close or near my genetic limitations.

2. What I am asking is whether I should A. should go into calorie deficit and cut as much fat as possible prior to the cycle or b. bulk before cycle.

Lastly, you are not God's only chosen few gifted and educated well enough to venture into the realm of anabolic steroids. I notice the trend on the boards here are for most people to put down others about being "unschooled" in the ways, instead of pointing them in the right direction. However, I never told you guys that I already have my cycle and diet planned out for when I'm ON. I've done my homwork on that area, but you guys didn't bother to ask, you just use whatever oppotunity you can to find any sort of knowledge defacit whatsoever and jump on it and start your "I'm the only one that can use gear blah blah blah" crap. Get over it.

No one said "we're the only ones that can use gear".....But when someone comes on and asks for a workout plan and diet I get the impression they need more time before jumping on gear....plus when someone includes yohimburn as part of thier "stack" I get the impression they should research more....
 
Hahaha You make Yohimburn sound like it is an AAS like that. Anyways, I get your drift. I always strength train for 4-6 weeks right before I start a cycle. Heavy heavy weight, lots of creatine, and low reps (4-8). I also eat to support the beating that I am giving my body. I try to go into my cycle as strong as I possibly can be. Then I drop the creatine and switch to more muscle growth type training, in the 8-12 rep range, you should have the added strength needed from your previous regimine to still hit this heavy, plus your gear working in extra.
 
i personaly like MAVY's plan. im usually dieting down before cycle then 2-3 weeks before hand i start eating progressivly more, and going less reps more intensity. after only 3 cycles its what seems to work best for me.
