I'm approximately 2 months away from doing my very first cycle
A winny\eq\yohimburn stack. However, I have been crazy busy the last couple weeks and have really let my workouts slip. I'm looking for a great workout and diet plan to prep me for my cycle.
I am 5'9 155lbs, appxly 12%bf. My post cycle goal is to reach appxly 165lbs, 6-8% bf, rock hard, mens health cover model look. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
