Pre Cycle Blood work concerns ...Take a look !

This is just an overview and not the complete report.

Main area for concern is the high ALT value which I am thinking could only be caused by an oral antibiotic I was taking ( minocin ).

High Prolactin ! WTF is going on here ????????????

This is my pre – cycle blood test .

Am due to start test/deca/dbol cycle on Monday.

Reference ranges are european and not US .

Nelson,RADAR ,needto and all other part time bio-chemists give me some feedback.

Liver function
Bilirubin 12 …………..reference range 1-17 umol/l
ALT 78………….ref range 0-35 iu/l
ALK PHOS 109 ……………ref range 42-121iu/l

FSH 4.3……………………..ref range 1-12 Miu/l

Lh, total and free test is pretty low IMO. Prolactin is way high, look into low dose caber use .25mg e3d. Alt is most likely meds. Take some liv52 an 1g milk thistle daily. when you lower your prolactin your test and oh levels should rise. Where is your e values?

Here bro,

The ALT test may be ordered if you are experiencing symptoms of liver disease, including jaundice (yellowish skin or eyes), dark urine, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain. It also might be ordered to help diagnose infections of the liver such as viral hepatitis (ALT levels are high with acute hepatitis) or to monitor patients taking medications that cause liver-related side effects.

If you dont have any of those symptoms I would say that yes it is due to your antibiotic. So IMO hold off on your cycle for a few week and hit 2000-4000 mg of milkthistle/day or liv 52 with plenty of water.

The increased prolactin could also be due to the stress of whatever infection you had, or even by the stress if the higher ALT count, (stress to your liver).

when was your last cycle and what did u take?

wait 2 weeks once u are over your infection and do another blood test. if prolactin is still high then run caber/dostinex, you do NOT need much. very very very low dose and 2X per week.

i definately wouldn't start your cycle until you get that under control especially a deca cycle.

in time your values will normalize. this is why i stress to everyone to run no more then 2 cycles per year.. even 1 a year is good enough. I am natty until the fall/winter and I am still looking good and strong. it will pay off in the long run.

Thank you for input gents...

My last cycle ( test/dbol ) ended in august of last year , the antibiotic was treating some bad acne ( am using acnetame and a topical now instead )

Zed could be on the money - high ALT stressing the liver and causing the rise in prolactin....
i work in a hospital ,spoke to a trustworthy guy in phlebotomy dept. and he took a look at the report.
reckons the ALT is really not that high ( despite the fact it is twice the top end of the reference range )

i dont drink alcohol very often ( maybe 3 or 4 times a year ) ,but i was at a social event a couple of days before the blood test and TBH i probably had more than a dozen beers and several shots .

yeah steve i should hold off on the cycle but i am wondering if running low dose caber while ON would be an option here....hmmm

^^^ i would always run caber very low dose and very infrequently if i run deca or tren especially if you are gyno prone.

I think you will be fine. just wait till things get back to normal. kudos to you for doing a blood test before, that will save you possible headaches later on.

for the liver postpone cycle and get some liv 52, milk thistle, and essentiale forte N. keeping taking all or at the very least the essentiale when you are using the dbol.
