Sorry...Bodybuilding. I'm 6' 224...to fat (10% bf) to really do well but I have been training since October and it will be a learning expierence so next year I kick butt. Just wondering if I should be doing any lifting or what?
I was looking for info on if I should lift at all or maybe very light weight high rep or nothing to keep the muscles in the best shape for the contest. I'm not looking to gain any size or definition but rather find out what I should be doing to prepare.
