Pre-contest prep

Well its not pre-contest: more like pre-holiday but I fugure its the same.
At 6-8% Body fat: diet= 50% Prot,30% Carbs, 20% Fat.

Thing is now I feel my muscles are less "full". I'm even on Creatine (10-15g/day). I look lean but think I've lost some size.

Question:
1) Do I need a carb re-feed at the weekends with the above ratios, or should they be kept constant?
2) Should I keep my diet as it is until my holiday or should I tweak the ratios more?

i dieted down on the same ratios....i felt depleted all the time till i started eating maitenance calories again and dropped the cardio....you may want to carb-up for a day, then go back to your routine if you want to continue to diet and get a little more full....or even try lowering carbs on some other meals and then have a big carb meal either breakfast or postworkout

Yeah, thats how I feel: really depleted. No more pumps during workouts.
My 30% Carbs are taken pre and post workout.
Other than that Protein and Fat for the rest of the day.
Had a carb up yesterday on my cheat day.
I just don't want to lose the size I've gained, but neither do I want to gain fat.

i would do carb refeeds at least untill 6 weeks out and then gauge how much leaner you need to get, otherwise your strength will take a dive and your body will start to feed of its muscles-josh

Roger that. Will try it out.
Had a re-feed on Sunday and yesterday felt good. Excellent pumps and fullness in the muscles.
