Pre Bed

Whoops...Anyone muster up any new (NEW IS THE KEY HERE....) pre bed meals? Like something to crash on? Peanuts? WW toast eggs?

I need something to get me over this losing weight stage, soon and clean....what are your pre bed staples? Str8 fats and pro?

how about oats alterntive?

I got 5 boxes of myoplex sense bars that I'm going to start nailing if I wake up to piss....
 
I have an eggwhite omlette every night. One whole egg for some good fats, and I blend my 6 eggs with cottage cheese, makes it kind of creamier. Add omlette veggies, and a slice of turkey bacon.
 
Another thing I have is a piece of whole grain bread, toast it, and while hot spread crunchy natty peanut butter on it. Sprinkle chocolate protein powder on top of that. (one of my favorite snacks). With this I will have a yogurt smoothie, one of the low sugar(5 gr.). Again, this gives me fats to slow digestion, protein, both whey and casein.

Another one of my favorites is take a cup of cottage cheese, a yogurt of your choice flavor(I use vanilla), and sprinkle cinnamon and mix up. Cinnamon is great for blood sugar control, and plenty of casein protein.
