Can you train like a power lifter to get a good base then switch to the sculpting excersises and train like a bodybuilder ? I see alot of big guys, Im not like ronnie but he and dorian seem to do it. Im talking about lifting the basics heavy, like squats , deads, militery presses, and bench. The hit 2 supporting moves do them all heavy in the 4-5 rep range for 2-3 sets max ? This way you can put on a good base and then change to do it like a bodybuilder to shape things up....
