Just curious, i know there's plenty of different prorgam outthere, WSB, Hatfield and whatever the * they're called ... im just wondering, when you're juicing, do you follow the same guidelines of the program, ie. with submaximal-weights, deloading etc, when you're juicing ?
I mean, its straightfoward when you're on a HIT based program, cause you go to failure on every 5-14 day split or whatever, thats the core of it, but when you're benching 3 times/week, how do you play it ???
