those power cleans killed me, overall though a good workout. thats the last time ill be doing 5x5 power cleans for awhile. not doing next week cuz of competition, then im going to 5x3 and focusing on explosion rather than the endurance. Gonna train endurance with other lifts. im throwing in 20 rep squats on mondays after 3x6 starting the 28th...
