Powder gatorade straight dextrose?

I heard the powder kind of gatorade is pure dextrose, is that true?

I heard it was the best thing if you don't buy a carb supplement.

If it's not good, what would be better besides a carb supp?

I actually think that powdered gatorade is all dextrose. At least thats what the label says (as opposed to the wet gatorade, which tastes differently and has fructose in is)

Are you sure? The ingredients just says "dextrose" NOTHING else?

I read the label yesterday when I posted. Shit I can`t even pronounce on there.

Dextrose is definately in it. 100% of it though? not sure.
