Im gonna try to bulk up a little over the summer, i want to get from bench 225 (shutup, wrestling makes you lose ALOT of weight) to atleast 250. Tell me your thoughts on this:
WK1: Boldione- 300mg a day
WK2: Boldione- 300 mg a day
WK3: Boldione- 300 mg a day 1-AD 300mg a day Tribulus-750mg
WK4: Boldione- 400 mg a day 1-AD 300mg a day Tribulus-750mg
WK5: Boldione- 400 mg a day 1-AD 300mg a day Tribulus-750mg
WK6: Liquid Clomid- 50mg a day Tribulus-750mg a day
WK7: Liquid Clomid- 50mg a day Tribulus-750mg a day
WK8: Liquid Clomid- 50mg a day Tribulus-750mg a day
Ill also take creatine glycerol magnesium phosphate with that. Not to mention protein flax, good multi, and glutamine PEPTIDES.
Also, how many doses do you get per bottle with the liquid Clomid? And how big is a serving?
