Chest->back/bi->Shoulder/tri->Legs->repeat forearm circuit every day. Abs whenever I feel like
 
I can't imagine doing legs and shoulders together... I have heard push/pull/legs is great!
 
best split i've done is week 1

chest/tri

then week 2 i'll do

tri/chest

see the difference?? the primary is changed each week, thus allowing for pre exhaustion of a different body part every time you work it..
 
i do chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, 2 days off

ill do one week of chest flat bench, next week incline, sometime a week mixed
 
I do
Mon- heavy upper
Tues- light lower
Wed- of
Thurs- off
Fri- light upper
Sat- heavy lower
Sun- off
This works well for me I also do abs every training day.
