A friend of mine does tons of sets probably 24 sets total. I told him I thought that was too much.
Here is my routine ya'll post yours.
4 sets incline(after one warm up set)
4 sets flat w/ dbells
2 sets incline flys
2 set flat flys
and about 50 push ups during the chest workout.
