Need some help for a post workout meal. The only time I have to train whether its cardio or lifting is at night before bed, this is due to mine and my wifes work schedule along with watching my kids in the a.m. I am 6' and weigh approx 250. Trying to fine tune my diet and lose some fat around the gut. Any way when I am done lifting should I just have a protein meal or should I stick to a usual carb/pro.post workout meal. Main concern is that having the carbs before bed will keep the fat from coming off. Thanks
