Post Workout Oatmeal Cookies

3 Cups Oatmeal
1 Cup whole wheat flower
1 tsp Soda
1/4 tsp Cinnamon or nutmeg
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries

Combine first four ingredients. Mix next three and add to dry ingredients. Stir in dried fruit. Roll into small balls and smash to 1/4 inch thickness on cookie sheet. Bake at 275F fo 20+ minutes to preference.

Makes 50 cookies
1 cookie
1.12g Protein
12.5g Carbohydrates
.3g Fat

I have ten cookies and a protein shake after my workout.

that's cool right there! thanks for that, I can kill 2 birds with one stone, my son's cookie habit and load the carbs after my IGF, great.
I didn't even know this site was here, I asked a question on C&C and they moved it here. Need2 has some really good shit here also.
