Post-op Recovery Cycle

Big Boy

New member
Bro's, I need some advice. I got operated 2 weeks ago for a knee reconstruction
surgery. Recovery is going very well but I would like to start a cycle in 2 weeks.

What should I take?

I can't afford to much water retention in the next 3-4 weeks.

I am prepared to do a 8-10 weeks cycle.

Do you guys think I should wait before cycling or is this fine?

Thanks in advance for the input

try just anavar it is used today for patient recovery to gain weight and lean mass for those with temporary conditions.

Definitely wait. Your knees going to be weak, and so are the ligaments and tendons around it. You may end up in quite a bit of pain or worst, a really fucked up knee. There's nothing wrong with some natural recuperation to bring it up to speed then hit the cycle hard when you're at 100.

I would not advise a cycle as you wont be able to make the most out of it. But if you are dead set on it make sure you add a little Deca to ease the joints a little.

I agree with YellowD friend!

I would wait until the knee is almost 100% before I start a cycle.

I know you and know you don't want to wait though :)

Maybe just take a litte deca and a litte test.

300mg of Test with 200mg of Deca per week.

This would not cause too much gains but it would help you add a little mass or atleast maintain what you have with no water and not too much stress on the knee.
