Increases Dopamine and Norepinephrine, dulls appetite, raises blood pressure, raises metabolism, gives you mental energy, increases nervousness and anxiety....

That is the most absolutely balls out wrong thing I've ever seen!

IN fact, within the last week they came out with a big study that said man who drank 6 cups of coffee a day had their chance of type 2 reduced by 1/2 and with women it was 30%

the coffee industry

big vested interests usually do this when they know they have a product that may actually do bad things to you

a common tactic is to actually do studies that confront the flaw and to try to prove the complete oppisite

in the public mind its usually who shouts the loudest first, that wins or at least buy time
 
And your study on it increasing insulin secretion is where?

Caffeine DOES increase NA levels which clears glucose from the blood and you can't have NA and insulin around at the same time as they are antagonistic.

Yea, I love those coffee commercials hyping up their brand and trying to get you to drink their brand and more of it.
Starbucks and caribou are just begging people to come in.

You could look up the study and see who funded it and then we could have a problem with it.

But hey, if a study came out that said coffee had more caffeine than tea and it was done by the coffee industry, we couldn't believe it, right?
 
on a side note Starbucks Breakfast beln has the MOST caffeine than all others

one 14 ounce cup has 550 mgs of caffeine where all other maybe have 250

also shots of espresson have only aboiut 60 mgs

Supposedly you will burn more fat while you have caffiene in your system. Part of the reason it can increase endurance in distance runners/cyclists. Whether that is suffient for BB, I don't know. People learn faster with caffiene also.
 
Oh yeah, it can increase muscle-fiber recruitment and people given caffeine felt that they were doing less work than they were without caffiene (there is a good study somewhere for that last comment).
