Ok, I just finished my Deca last week, 8 weeks, and I have 2 more weeks of winny. I've started cutting and have lost most water wieght. The thing is, I still feel stronger, I was able to increase my wieght on all exercises 5 lbs again last week. Should I continue to lift more if I can or just maintain since I'm doing a CKD and cutting?

Lift more while you can, you will likely lose some after the winny is out of your system. You still have the Deca pretty strong in your system if you just stopped last week. The same thing happens to me, I always finish my cycles with 4 weeks of winny to solidify gains while I lose the water weight (I ususally cut up to).

BTW, how were your gains with the Deca? 8 weeks is pretty short for Deca since it takes so long to kick in.

peace,

I stacked it with Test the first 6 weeks, gained 26lbs altogether, have dropped 6 in the last week 5 probably water. I reacted very quickly to the Deca, surprisingly! I also haven't had any gyno signs, been running Vitex 2 grams a day. I think I'm one of those who reacts really well to Deca, some people hate it, I guess I'm lucky. Oh yea 6000 cals a day HIT training and no cardio, diet is about 70% in my opininon:D

I would keep hitting it hard until you are done with the winny, then cut back a little on the volume of training.

Be careful of your joints. Just because you can lift a certain weight doesnt mean that you should. That is a good way to end up with an injury.

I say this especially since you are now cutting and are on a restricted calorie diet.

Myself I just keep lifting like I did on until I feel the joints starting to be to stressed then I take off a week to recoop and come back knowing my strenth will be less it helps me psychologically when the strenth starts going down.
