Post Cycle Diet Question

I am finishing up a cutter cycle which consisted of Test, EQ, Winny, and Anavar. I am currently only on Anavar and will be off of it very soon.

My question is, how should my diet be at this point? I want to stay at my low sub-10% bodyfat, but I do NOT want to lose the muscle gains from this cycle. If I could, I'd like to stay just at where I am now. The most important thing for me is keeping my size and definition.

What I have done is increased my cals slightly. I raised my carbs up by a bit and the protein as well. I've been eating like this for the past 3 weeks or so. I also dropped all cardio. I noticed that my bf mayb raised .5-1% or so but my mass has been solid and if anything, I might look a little bigger. Vascularity is still incredible, but I attribute this to the light Var usage because it's still too freaky for natural look. So am I doing the right thing? Is it smart to up cals a bit and sacrifice a percent or so on bodyfat but to keep muscle mass? Or should I go back to the cutting diet and cut cals more like before and I'll be fine? One more thing is that I am currently only taking 75mg ephedrine (plus caffeine and aspirin of course) a day just for the extra energy and slight fat burning. Should I drop this too or will this have no affect on catabolism?

Thanks dudes :supercool

Probably best to place this in the diet section.

What's your current diet look like (macros) post-cut cycle? It would be easiest if you posted your diet and macros for people to suggest improvements.

Obviously if you go too low on your cals afterwards, you aren't going to be doing yourself any favors when trying to keep your gains. Sticking to your maintenance cals would be a decent idea, making sure you are still getting enough protein.

6 meals a day. Each meal consisting of approximately 50grams protein, 30-40 grams of complex carbs, low fats. Around 3200cals. Sodium under 500mg e/d. That diet got me super shredded. I recently upped it a bit to include a bit more protein in my morning and PW shake. Also, if I'm eating chicken breast sometimes I'll just throw an extra breast in. Using skim milk again for shakes and for oats, which has raised my sodium up pretty drastically but since no more Test E, I don't think bloat will be a big deal. Thanks. Oh and my cardio used to be like 20-30 mins 3-4x a week on stationary bike. Now it's nothing.

One more thing is that even though I am off the EQ, I can F'in eat a horse! Starving all day long. I feel like I can go to an all-you-can-eat buffet 6x a day lol.

Interesting questions. I'll watch out for the answers that you're gonna get bro. btw, you have the trs on hand for pct, dont you?

PP Sustain Alpha + Needto's Forged Post Cycle product. Needto + Radar helped me out with the PCT. Big ups to them.

Yep, definitely need to up the protein. 180-240g is too low IMO.

Apart from that (and only going by your macros and not knowing the actual content of the diet), it sounds pretty good to me. I wouldn't raise my carb intake too far above the 200-250 mark if you're only looking for maintenance.

If the apetite doesn't subside, you may need to look at switching up the timing of your meals and/or looking for more filling foods with equivalent nutritional value. I know that sweet potato fills me up like crazy. If I eat 6-8oz of that in a meal during the day, I sometimes feel like I have to force down food before my evening meal.

On a side note, I wouldn't drop cardio altogether. I'm a firm believer that you should never completely drop it unless you're doing a pure bulking cycle. It's great for maintenance. As long as your carb intake is balanced and you don't over-do it, then you're good to go. It will help keep the BF % in check.

Nah, I have 50grams each meal = 300 grams of protein. But lately my protein has been upped a bit. I might be getting more like 350-400 a day.

Sweet potatos are my life. If it weren't for them, I'd probably binge every day lol.

And about the cardio, you are probably right. I might encorporate some light cardio at the end of some workouts. Thanks man.

Ahhh read the carb values instead. In that case, 350-400g is all good!

Definitely go with some cardio. If you aren't on cycle, any of that left over protein is gonna = fat.

Ok gotchya! So keep eating the way I am but use cardio to control fat.

Sounds like a plan bro.
