Well it has been a few months since I have posted......having a second child really takes up alot of time. But needless to say I have been trying to take at least an hour a day (4-5 a wk) to get to the gym!!! I had my daughter on Oct 22 2001 and gained a total of 57 pounds!! I tried to work out through out my pregnancy but ran into a few problems and was put at bed rest my second trimester!!! That really sucked!! So here I am now with all this baby "Fat"!! I have lost 27 pounds and still have 30 to go. I just ordered some phenyltropic PPA and I am trying the low carb high protein diet to see if that will help. My workouts consist of 30-60 min of cardio and light weight lifting. I have some t3 and clen waiting for me to try, but I really want to get as much of this off first before I go that route. I don't remember how long it took me to loose it the first time, because I wasn't into being in shape like I am now!! How long does it take to get it all off? I am 30 years old and my husband likes to remind me of that on a regular basis!!! "Your not as young as you used to be!!!" I just want to kick him.........but does that matter???  Well I guess what I am looking for is a little bit of encouraging input from all you mommies out there!!!! I know it took me 9 months to gain all that weight, but I don't want to wait 9 months to get rid of it!!!:(

I had similar situation with my son...

premature labor at 21 weeks so on bedrest the rest of the pregnancy...only allowed up 1 hr per day as cervix was already effaced....on brethene every 4 hrs...even had to set alarm to get up in middle of night to take doses....resting heartrate was 120 bpm + ! had to always check heartrate before taking dose to be sure heartrate was no higher than 120 in order to take meds! it was the pregnancy from HELL! gained 45 lbs total....but lost it all plus some....started back to gym when he was 6 wks...

just keep at it...consistency and diet is key....i had him in Feb and by Dec was smaller than before pregnancy...

did wts...bench aerobics....and clean diet....and i was 34 when I had him....so don't give up....

wts will help u so much....i didn't know as much about a total lifestyle as i do now....so really did too much cardio and didn't eat often enough....

just search on spatts stuff....routines, diet , cardio....great info...she'll get ya where ya wanna be....

This is sooooooo cool, my daughter was born Oct 22,2001 @ 4;25AM. I lost my weight fairly fast but I had a difficult pregnancy. I just thought our dates were cool!:)

Wow Mo23 I wish I could do that!!! But I know that I am really going to have to work at it. Did you gain alot of weight? I am still 30 pounds over my natural weight which is 130lbs, but I am just one clothes size larger. Isn't that weird? I normally wear a comfortable 7 but I am in a 9 right now. So needless to say I have a small selection of clothes. I don't want to buy any more at this size and just give up on getting back into mine. Well I am hoping to have it all off within 6 months total. My doctor told me that I was still retaining alot of water, but I know it's not all water weight!!!! Well congrats on your baby! Is this your first baby? Gotta cut this short motherhood calls...........
