Im 33 and been training for years. Well i use to be a solid 200lbs but over the years i put on 42lbs. Im trying to get back down by the beginning of next year. I want to know if it is possible to loose 3.5 lbs a week doing cardio and keeping a clean diet. What do some of you suggest I need to do to lose 3.5 lbs a week?
